What's New?
  • OUR WEBSITE! We recently launched this portal to assist employers with remitting court ordered child and spousal support garnishments and related employee reporting. Phase 1 of our project provides general information and blank remittance coupons or lists. Phase 2, coming later this year, will provide secure access to employer specific data. If you have comments or ideas about what you want online, please Contact Us.
  • MAILED COUPONS & LISTS NEW FORMAT: Beginning in June 2019, the remittance coupons or lists you receive in the mail have a new, cleaner look. We hope these will be easier to use. Please discard old forms and use the new ones.
  • R&D NOTICES: We send notices to employers each July if employees have not paid this annual fee on their own. Pay the amount shown on the notice, subject to CCPA limits, one time only. Send in the coupon or list you received in the notice with your payment. Another notice will be sent in October if any amounts remain unpaid. For more information, click on R&D Withholding in the banner above.

Thank you employers! The Child Support Program collects almost 75% of support for Wisconsin families through income withholding. By partnering with child support, you can assure that you are staying in compliance, and you are actively involved in the goal to ensure that children receive the support they need and deserve. We greatly appreciate the work that you do to assist us!

Our new employer portal website is a work in progress. We strive to provide employers with helpful information that facilitates the required information reporting, income withholding and remittance processes. Please contact us if you have questions or suggestions for the content provided and we will make every effort to make needed improvements.

Our next phase of the project, expected to be available within the next year, includes secure access to employer specific information and the ability to “chat” with an employer line representative. Watch for updates in the “What’s New” box!

We look forward to working with you and continuing our program’s success!
