Employee List/Coupon

The Wisconsin Child Support program provides preprinted payment coupons and lists to employers who mail support payments for their employees. Employers should always submit the coupon (for just one employee) or list (between 2 and 20 employees) provided with every support payment to assure correct payment posting. If an employer does not use the preprinted coupons or lists provided, we may stop mailing them. To resume receiving coupon or lists, call the employer information line shown below.

Blank coupons and lists are also available on this site and may be used if an employer does not have a preprinted coupon or list. Or, an employer may create their own list, but it is very important that all necessary payer data is included to avoid posting delays or errors.

Required information includes:

  • Payer name
  • Payer 9-digit SSN/ITIN
  • Payer remittance ID (KIDS PIN)
  • Payer payment amount

The provision of your employee’s Social Security number (SSN) /individual tax identification number (ITIN) is voluntary, but if not provided you must provide the payer remittance (KIDS PIN)ID . Your Employer ID Number and the employee’s KIDS PIN Number are on the Income Withholding for Support order you received.

You may also want to reference the employee’s KIDS PIN or Social Security number / individual tax identification number, or the employer ID Number or FEIN on your check or money order.

Mail your check (made payable to “WI SCTF”) along with this coupon to:
Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund (WI SCTF)
Box 74400
Milwaukee, WI 53274-0400

Please make sure the check amount equals the total amount on your coupon or list.

Do you want to completely eliminate mailing coupons/lists and checks? Send payments using EFT! For more information setting up electronic payments see:
